Board Members

Stephen has played a major role in the innovation, development and application of Machine Vision technologies for a wide variety of manufacturing industries. While working with industry leaders such as Braintech Inc. and Papertech Inc., Stephen designed and developed camera and lighting systems for vision guided robotics (VGR) and web applications for the automotive and pulp and paper industries . Through his direct experience, Stephen has developed a strong background in bringing intelligent camera systems to market.

Pieter works with growing technology companies on finance and strategic implementation. He has been involved with a number of technology companies including the co-founding of Actenum Corp. Pieter has a strong background in corporate and venture finance, and held a number of senior positions at UBS and Barclays Bank in Hong Kong.

Chuck is the Director and Head of Corporate Development for Carina Investments Ltd., a private Vancouver based investment and acquisition company. Previously Mr. Vidalin was an acquisition analyst for 10 years with Acetex Corporation, an international chemical company. Mr. Vidalin holds a B.Commerce degree and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).

Jonathan has a wealth of experience in starting, leading and mentoring technology start-ups. Jonathan sits on the board of the Vancouver Enterprise Forum, is a founding member of VEF Momentum and sits on the final jury for the New Ventures BC competition. Jonathan is a recipient of Business in Vancouver's 2007 Top 40 Under 40. Jonathan is currently CEO of Strangeloop.

Currently President of Papertech, Kari brings over 30 years experience in the Pulp and Paper industry. Kari has a strong background in sales, and has held a number of senior sales positions at companies such as Honeywell and Devron.
