FoldChek™ & PrintChek™ Released

Today at SuperCorr, ClearVision announces the release of its perfect box technology for folding and printing. FoldChek uses an intelligent camera to measure the manufacturer’s gap and ensure its maintained within customer specifications. PrintChek inspects the printing integrity of boxes to ensure that printing registration, coverage, die-cuts and other defects are found immediately and never get to the customer. These new solutions complement the success of their GlueChek system which is now being used by corrugated box manufacturers across North America to visually inspect every glue joint. Box makers are now bridging the gap between what they can deliver and their customers ever increasing standards for perfect boxes.
